Five Scary, Extreme, Bizzare Carved Halloween Pumpkins
The first two below are compelling to me, and would be pretty easy to carve out. I like the way they look at they eat their unfortunate smaller victims.
And the one with what appears to be a spaghetti squash in his mouth shows you can use different types of products to carve out your scary art work.
The one immediately below is especially nice from the obvious frightful aspect, but the art of the Halloween pumpkin carving is very well done. It's very detailed, and I like the stitch tracks on his forehead.
Last but not least, we have the scariest one of all below, as we think of the hyped up promises which never had a chance to be delivered. That smile is one of the scariest fake one's I've ever seen. Don't let you kids seen this one.

Vampire Woman Ravens Image

Vampire Woman and Ravens
I just thought this was a fantastic image, which presumably is of a vampire woman with ravens landing on or flying around her.
The clouds, the light, and of course the woman and the ravens really work great together. I really enjoyed this image and thought you would like it too.

Rudolf Tattooing Grimacing Santa Claus

Bizarre Art
This image of Santa grimacing while being tattooed by the sadistic Rudoph is too funny. And how about that skull bandana Rudolph is wearing? Very cool.
As for Santa, it doesn't seem he is built for too much tolerance for pain, as he looks like he's either being a big baby about it or Rudolph is doing a little more to him then we know. Bad Rudolph!
One thing going for this Santa though is those huge muscles. Maybe that's from all those rides in the sleigh holding the reins through the centuries.

Face Painting of James Kuhn

Bizarre Art Trends
This fascinating work of art if from James Kuhn, who uses his own face as the canvass he works with.
The face painting you see hear is of a two-faced Dracula, of which I have no idea what the inspiration behind it is. But it is fun trying to look at his face and how the art was worked in.

Bizarre Art | Vampire Woman Poster

Bizarre Art Trends
Vampires will be in for some time, at least until the entire Twilight series passes through the theaters, and that will probably still be several more years before that is through.
So it's no surprise to find an increasing interest in vampires and vampire art, and this female vampire shown here is very well done to me.
Looks like she just got done feeding and someone interrupted her or wanted a piece of the action.
Good piece of vampire art.

Creepy Gothic Woman Cemetary Photo

This is definitely a creepy looking Gothic woman, with the dark eyes looking out like she's the undead, and the graveyard as a background. It looks like she's sitting on top of a grave, either being in it and having arisen, or ready to go in. Either way, it's a pretty spooky and scary look. I like it.

Bizarre Art | 3D Pop-out Woman

Bizarre Art
This work of art from Scot Davidson is extraordinary, and the idea of sketching a woman coming out of his sketchpad is terrific.
You're not sure if it's meant to mimic a pop-out style work or to show how a drawing or sketch can be made to come to life.
Either way, I really like how he did it, and it is really a one of a kind type of artwork that while being strange and bizarre, is also compelling and fascinating.
Really nice piece of 3D-looking art work.

Anti Rockstar Painting

Bizarre Art
I won't give you the specifics, but if you know the details behind this painting lamblasting this particular rock star, let us know in the comments section.
A lot of people may not know about this situation, but the painter pictured here depicted this star in this way because of what he did to him. Let your fellow readers know what it was.

Weird Marketing | Dark Vitamin Commercial
Weird Marketing
In this strange photo shoot from Carl W. Heindl for Vitaminsforyou, members of a band put on black masks which make them look like Zorro, or the beaked masks associated with fantasy adventure stories, or something you would see in Carnival.
I like the one that has the light seering out of the mask, making it look like some demon has possessed the wearer. It's a well done photo.
Now the obvious question is: what does this have to do with vitamins?

Bizarre Human Facial Art

Bizarre Art
This bizarre facial art from Kari Altmann dubbed 'Dreamcaptchas,' makes you wonder what it is that Kari Altmann dreams about.
what the line does is take a face and distorts, contorts and twists it into all sorts of strange, bizarre and odd art.
It takes a human face and places things like the eyes and mouth into positions they aren't supposed to be. There is also a blurred part of the art included with the heads which add some type of mystical quality to it.

Bizarre Art - Taxidermy Horrors

Bizarre Art
Talk about strange and weird, take a look at these odd taxidermy creations depicting something unknown except to the designer.
They really had a creative side, and the simple and effective additions to the original bodies of the animals and fish sure make an interesting image.
Even though it's not as weird as the fish one, I do like the bottom taxidermy photo the best.
For some reason it just seems to remind you of a cliche, even with the different head.

Bizarre Art | Celebrities as Zombies

Bizarre Art - Celebrity Zombies
There are a number of images of celebrities if they were zombies, and I've included a couple of them that you should be able to recognize.
Ok. One's obvious, but Madonna really doesn't look much different than she usually does.
But I think it's pretty cool the way they are made up and portrayed. Someone auditioning for zombie acting jobs?

Bizarre Subcultures | Gang Culture Photos from Donna De Cesare
Bizarre Subcultures
Gangs are a way of life for a large number of people, and Donna De Cesare has captured that in many of her astounding photos which tell the story of the lives lived and emotions connected to this violent and brutal way of life.
The photos included here relate to the gang culture of LA which spread across Central America in the 1990s.
Again, what makes these photos extraordinary isn't just the photos of the environment surrounding gang culture and taking static photos, but it's the capturing of the human drama, emotion and cost that makes the photos and story told through them by Donna De Cesare that makes them so powerful and effective.

Bizarre Art | Macabre Pin-up Girls
Bizarre Art
Rue Morgue's graphic designer Justin Erickson has created horror pin-up collection that is very macabre and dark, while trying to retain something of beauty in the midst of the ghoulish presentation.
Rue Morgue, for those no familiar with it, is a horror magazine with a rabid fan base of core followers.
Erickson's work almost always combines a sense of vintage mixed with monsters to create some interesting combinations.
As you can see from these photos and video, he is anything but conventional.

Richard Michaud Illustration Tribute to Ending of Resident Evil

Art Trends - Video Game Art
Now that the Resident Evil video game franchise is evidently coming to its end, illustrator and artist Richard Michaud put together a collection of images to pay tribute to the popular video gaming and film franchise.
Probably my favorite character in the series - Jill Valentine - is getting some great pics of her, and Sheva and Chris Redfield are also part of the Resident Evil art collection.
But I think we all know that if a new film came out that had a new twist to it, right behind it would be the next Resident Evil video game. But until and unless that happens, it looks like for now we won't be seeing any more new games in the franchise again.

As far as the illustrations, they are very nicely done and look great.

Bizarre Photos 'Clowning Around'
Bizarre photos from Tim Engle Photo Shoot 'Clowning Around'
The 'Clowing Around' photo collection from Tim Engle maybe gives some insight into why many people are afraid of clowns, as the disturbing photos show eerie, dark and bloody experiences.
While the photo shoot was done in a way to display the story good, looking like they were in a abandoned institution of some sort, the material itself is freaky and creepy, and makes you wonder what it was Engle is attempting to say through them, other than the shock value.
Tim Engle has pushed the envelope before, and you can see more from the Clowning Around photo shoot here, along with other photo galleries.

Bizarre Photo Collection of Agata Maria Stansz
Bizarre Art
Here's some bizarre and creepy photos from Agata Maria Stansz, who may need to go into therapy.
This strange photo collection included a model decked out in fur, tulle and lace seemingly lying on the floor, in most cases, looking completely dead, while being surrounded with religious icons.
An odd addition to her collection, which you can view here, is the an image where cats suddenly appear out of nowhere and become part of the story. Strange.

Freaky Photography of Daikichi Amano

Bizarre Art Trends
The photography of Daikichi Amano has always been freaky, but this one of some type of sensuous licking of frogs by a model is gross, to say the least.
Amano has to be a little sick, as most of his other photos include models in suggestive and grotesque photos with octopi or squid.
As with this photo, he's always stretching the limit and creating very disturbing images.
I'm not sure what his motivation or reasoning is behind it, but Amano's a little unstable in my view.

Amazing Werewolf Tattoo

Bizarre Tattoos
This is one of the better detailed werewolf tattoos I've seen. The detail is extraordinary, and the popping out or pulsating veins are done really well.
Not only that, but the wolf head is really compelling, and you can almost feel the ferocity of the changing man to a wolf, or is the wolf being changed back to a man?
Either way, it's powerful tattoo, and really a good one.

Bizarre Art | Macabre Children's Stories
Bizarre Art
I've got to admit, these are some of the more interesting and strange twists on children's stories I've ever seen.
Some people have talked about how creepy they were, but I like Goldilocks eating the three bears and Little Red Riding Hood turning the tables on the big bad wolf by eating him.
Ok. Little Red Riding Hood eating her grandma is admittedly a little too much, but the rest were pretty cool.
You can go here to see a bunch more by the artist.
