Mind Exercise

Not only your body, your mind also needed its exercise. The mind exercise can make your mind think more clearly than ever. Believe, as a medical student, I am also need to clear more clearly, especially when the patient's case is so confusing.

So, how to exercise your mind?

One hour of increased brain activity via thinking a lot or experiencing new stimuli can make you smarter, more energetic, more creative, more sociable, and more open to new experiences and ways of thinking. The key ingredients are to be open to new experiences, and changes in previous ways of thinking about these experiences.

Mind exercises can help you retain and improve your mental capacity, possibly delaying or preventing old-age dementia.
