The Best Juice?

SAY "JUICE" AND MOST OF US think orange. Each American drinks an average of five gallons of OJ a year. But when it comes to heart health, you'll do your body a favor by adding other juices to your breakfast. Many noncitrus juices aced tests that measure how long they delay oxidation of LDL "bad" cholesterol.

The best juice? Honestly, none, because even though juice is healthy in that it comes from fruit, it is more concentrated than eating the fruit fresh and therefore has much more sugar. Natural sugar, but still sugar, and your body does not care if it comes from candy or fruit. I would eat the fruit instead.
