I was sooooo busy lately....
To juggle between my 2 active boys,
My business,
My house chores,
and this new thing coming into my life....
which I was never asked for
since we were married...
But one fine day, hubby brought this home (as he used to do with our cookery)
Macam takde angin, takde ribut tiba2 je...
And his reason because since kita kahwin, kita just use the small microwave yg my sister bagi and dia kata, you tak pernah mintak microwave baru (yela, saya old school guna microwave just utk reheating lauk je, manalah penting sgt...)
He said he never knew there's so much thing we can do with the microwave...
So of coursela he expect me to try to masak these, that .... itu pasal saya busy...
huhuhu....but then I can't deny it was so easy using this microwave to bake, grill and defrosting
Everything I masak was perfectly cooked with the automatic setting (dah tak hangus2 dah)
So here my first try to make Buffalo Wing!
Actually ada Blue Cheese and Carrot and Celery, tapi tukang snap tak ambil gambar tu...huhuhuhu
Recipes for Buffalo Wings:
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup hot sauce
a dash of ground pepper, garlic powder
1/2 teaspoom cayenne pepper / paprika
Salt
Dried oregano
1 teaspoon chopped onions
10 chicken wings
Methods:
I bake the chicken wing until slightly crisp (15 minutes, 220 degrees) and pour all the combined ingredients and bake (convection) again until fully cooked (another 15 minutes, 220 degrees) .
Serve with Blue cheese salad dressing (combined blue cheese, mayonese and sour cream) and celery sticks + Carrots. YummM!
