[My Fan Account] Park Jung Min Press Conference Held @ Ritz Carlton Hotel (2011.03.18)

Below is my fan account of Jungminnie's presscon which I attended this afternoon. Pls do not re-post my fan account anywhere.  This fan account will ONLY be in this blog & SGTripleS forum and NOWHERE ELSE! You can direct your readers here but pls do not re-post. Thank you very much!

Today I went to Jungminnie presscon with the rest of the members of SGTripleS. I was so mincited to see Jungminnie... esp today we will see him up close and personal during the photo-taking session.

All of us changed into our SGTripleS club tee when we reached Ritz Carlton Hotel. Yup, that's right! Our Jungminnie is staying in THAT HOTEL!! A 6-Star Hotel!

We thought that the registration was done outside the actual presscon room thus we straight away proceed up to Level 3 where the presscon function room is. But we were wrong and thus we ushered downstairs to where the actual registration room is.

When we reached there, we quickly arranged ourselves to 10 paxs per group for the photo-taking. And we are really happy that we were the last group to take photo with Jungminnie.

At about 2pm, we were being ushered up to level 3 presscon function room. As we were seated at the last row, thus the organiser allow us to stand all the way during the presscon. ^^ Ex-radio 93.3FM DJ, Liyi was the host of the presscon.

We even brought our charmed autographed SGTripleS banner (the banner was signed by the boys during our 100 days anniversary!) with us.

When Jungminnie was out, all of us at the last row stood up holding up the banner... when Jungminnie saw all of us in our green club tee and the charmed banner which he recognised, he waved happily to us. All of us waved back in return. I din even scream cos we were told to keep our volume down. I was very happy to see Jungminnie's translator cos it was the same translator as HyungJunnie & Leader! She is a very nice lady and very professional.

　

Jungminnie spoke quite many chinese words today. He even intro his chinese tutor but the tutor was too shy to face us... ^^ He kept pouting and smiling when the camera is focusing on him... all of us scream a little whenever he pouts and he will do even more... he is really the king of pouts! Real cute!

Below are the stuff I tweeted from SGTripleS twitter a/c with regards to what answers Jungminnie gave when the reporters posted the questions to him. You can guess what are the questions being asked by looking at his answers below. ^^

slam10 - JM is saying he will be promoting his album all over Asia & will be going to Taiwan for his drama filming.

　

slam10 - when he was doing his solo album, he was wondering what shd he do thus he feel that doing his own composition will feel sincerity.

　

slam10 - he say he is adaptable to new situation, even though he is alone, he will can adapt to changes very well.

　

slam10 - he is real cute!!! He said that he has gained 2kg. So altogether he has only lost 10kg. ^^

　

slam10 - his birthday wish is that he will hv success in his album tour & also hope he does everything well in what he wish for.

　

slam10 - when learning Chinese, he he very afraid of the pronunciation. ESP the 4 sound of hanyu pinyin. Sometimes he will feel intimidated by people speaking Chinese to him cos he feel as if they are scolding him even though it is not.

　

slam10 - JM want not only be a singer or songwriter. He wanna be a multi-entertainer!

　

slam10 - artistes that he wish to work with are is William wei Li an who is the original singer of "yes or no". He even ask him to write a song for him

　

slam10 - when confessing to a girl that he likes, he wld like to talk more to the girl to get to know her better. He loves warm-hearted girl.

　

slam10 - he say it is a self development for himself during his solo activities... And he thanks all the fans support.. ^^

　

slam10 - asking him for inspiration for his songs... He says that his ideas flow out just like that when he listen to the melody of the songs.

　

Slam10 - asking what will he be doing to help the victims in Japan, he currently has sone plans rite now but everything are not concrete right now. But he really wanna help as there are lots of fans supporting him rite now so he wanna do something back for them.

　

slam10 - he says that there are a lot more languages that he wanna learn but he wants to focus on learning Chinese & English b4 going to learn other languages like Spanish, French etc... Currently he says he is very fluent in Korean & Japanese.

　

slam10 - sexy charisma is more based on external looks. Currently he wanna be known as warm- hearted guy where all the girls wanna hug. He wanna be no. 1 hugable guy.

　

slam10 - his whooo moment was when during debuting with SS501 having 1st fanmeeting with them. The 2nd moment was his 1st comeback performance for his solo activities

　

slam10 - presscon is now officially over. We are now waiting for our photo-taking session with him

　

During the photo-taking, as we are the last group so we went in last. When we went in, Jungminnie was standing there with the organisers and photographer waiting for us.

We greeted him and then the photographer started to organise us by heights for the photo-taking. I was asked to stand at the back due to my height. 4 of us were at the back with Jungminnie... 2 on his left, 2 on his right.

I was standing in the standing position when facing the camera is like: me, qiuqing, Jungminnie, Jennis & Jeanne. Jungminnie arms are damn long! I was standing a little apart from qiuqing and u know what he did to me?! He stretched out his arms on my right shoulder and pulled me towards qiuqing! I was stunned! Then my left hand was squeezed and I din know where to put my left hand and he use his eye contact and silently tilted his head directing me to put my hands on his arm. I looked at him confused, and he titled his head again indicating me to put my hand on his arm.

When I finally put my hand on his arm, he turned towards the camera and gave a brillant smile. I was nearly melting! OMONA!! After the photo-taking, Jungminnie wanna shake hands with all of us... when it was my turn, the security push me towards the door refusing to let me shake Jungminnie's hands and I was a little pissed off. But it's okie, I get to feel Jungminnie's arms on my shoulder! ^^

Fanmeeting @ Taipei University Sports Hall

The opening they played the teaser version of "Not Alone" MV

After the VCR has finished playing, Park Jung Min came out wearing the same shining outfit as what he wore on 2Feb Music Core performance & started singing "Not Alone". All the green peas fans started to scream as the sound system is extremely loud, thus the screams is as if competing with the sound system.

After singing, the MC came out, the started the fanmeeting.

A short interview was conducted after which he sang "Everyday Is Christmas". After the song, the MC started to test Jung Min's standard of Chinese. [Sentence construction x4]

Everyone should know what is it about. The MC asked him whether he wants to say or to write them down. All of us wanted him to write down, then he start to pick up a marker and wrote

「因为... 所以...」→因为有我♥的你们，所以我Not Alone（外加一个笑脸）

[Because... So...] -> Because of my love for you, so I am Not Alone (drew a smiley face)

「如果... 会...」→如果没有你们，我会怎麼办（外加一个哭脸）

[If... Will...] -> If I don't have all of you, what will I do (drew a sad face)

「...也...」→我会说韩文，也会说中文（外加一个小娃娃头）

[...and...] -> I know how to speak Korean and mandarin. (drew a doll face)

「可是...」→可是为了你们，我会努力（外加一个小娃娃头）

[But...] -> But because you all, I will do my best (drew another dolly face)

Wanted to say that initially, he wrote the Chinese character for「没」&「会」wrongly. But after everyone helped to correct him, he change it. The heart shaped in the 1st sentence was drew by him. They kept shouting Chinese Chinese, then he started to write the love into Chinese character [愛]

Then they chose 10 fans up to the stage for a game of drawing which is to draw Jung Min.
Different kinds of drawings were done. upon seeing them, Jung Min pretend to say angrily [This is not me!] (LOL) The most classic one who got the 1st place was the one who drew a horse!!!

Actually when choosing the top3, Jung Min was deliberating who to give the 1st place to, in the end he chose the horse. ^^ The top 3 prizes are: 3rd place is a bottle of perfume which was used by Jung Min. 2nd place is a tube of moisturizer (he even help to massage the fan's hand using it!) The 1st place was a lip balm! All of us below nearly stage a riot when Jung Min start smoothing the lip balm on the fan.
For his chinese song performance later, they played a small portion of his practicing session VCR. Then he was came on stage to sing William Wei Li An's "Yes or No"... But I must say, his chinese prounciation is very good but I am not familiar with this song!!! (Wanna hit myself) After singing, the MC came out and said that his chinese is very good and ask him whether he wanna try to challenge to sing a Taiwanese dialect song. Straight away, the MC asked the audience [Which Taiwanese dialect song currently is the most popular?] Just then Lotus Wang's Taiwan dialect remake song of T-ara's "Bo Beep" was played! And And And he really started dancing to the song "Bo Beep"!!! (LOL) After finished dancing to it, we shouted him to dance again and he really did that!!!!! ^^

The fanmeeting has went halfway thru. The screen started screening vids of the various Music shows which Jung Min guests from the time he staged his comeback till now. After the screening, he has changed to another costume and start sing the solo version of "If You Cannot".

The third activity is ---> [Confessions]
The screen on stage indicated a telephone number and those who are attending the fanmeet can straight away call and if the call get thru, u can go up on stage. Total 3 fans, whom at stage is requested to tell their confession towards Jung Min, and from there he will choose "The Most Mushy", "The Sweetest" & "The Person whom I wanna date most". Basically, the 3 fans said almost the same like very handsome, very sexy, please eat more etc..

"The Most Mushy" get to intertwined fingers together with Jung Min's and he will sing "Everyday is Christmas" to her.
"The Sweetest" get to intertwined fingers together with Jung Min's while looking into each other eyes.
"The Person whom I wanna to date most" get to run into Jung Min's arm from a distance, after which Jung Min will carry her and spin her around.
Of course, all the scenes above make us totally crazy! But this isnt the blood vomitting part.

After singing "Do You Know", there is fanchant for this song. Although it is just shouting of his name, but we really shouted very loud.
After which is the game of [Straw Answering] where only 10 seats which are attached with straws and everyone need to find whether are there any straw attached to their seat. Only 7 people found it and the other 3 is using lucky pick to go on stage. The questions are not very tough as long as you know Jung Min enough:

Q1. [Where is Jung Min's "Not Alone" 1st comeback stage held?] -> Ans: MCD, M Countdown or Mnet all correct.
Q2. [What does Jung Min love people calling him?] -> Only 1 Ans: "Park Sexy"
Q3. [Jung Min loves wearing toe socks, true or false] -> of course "YES"
Q4. [Inclusive of this time, Jung Min came to Taiwan how many times in total?] -> Ans: 6 times
Q5. [How many personal dancer does Jung Min has?] -> Ans: 6

Only 1 person answered the last question correctly, and she get to receive a princess style hug and also a selca with Jung Min. {blood vomitting, part 1}
The MC told her to sing a small portion of "Not Alone", she actually say she doesnt know how to sing! Thus all of us sang together and then change to let her sing and she still dont know how to sing!! {blood vomitting, part 2}

After all the games activities, it is time to show fanvid which is done by the fanclub, the content of the vid is that everyone is holding on to "Not Alone" album and say something like [Park Jung Min Daebak], [Park Jung Min Not Alone] etc..

Jung Min was all the while on stage watching the vid, and at the same time, he will say [Thank you], [Happy], etc in Chinese.

After the VCR has played finished, the MC start to last part of interview with Jung Min, he said that he will do his very best. This time, Jung Min did not cry like what Maknae did last time when he was here. But from the screen, we can see that in actual fact, his tears are rolling in his eyes, but he is still very calm, cool and collected.
Encore time!!He changed into the outfit which he wore to Inkigayo on 6Feb. and start to sing "Not Alone" again. Just like the dance stage, even though there isnt any extent to laugh in the end, but we still can see that he is really very happy. We also did our fanchants happily (even though we are tired) ^^

Lastly, it is the [Love Hug] Lucky draw session. I was not lucky enough to be pick, thus I went home after it ended at 9pm.
This is a totally worthwhile fanmeeting. He really speaks more Mandarin than the previous time.
A few times when the fans were answering on the whiteboard, he will start frowning and the people below the stage will start laughing...

Took me the whole day translating this fan account as I am also working at the same time.  As I was translating the fan account, I totally envy this fan who get so up close and personal with Jungminnie.  Now I really hope that he can come to Singapore! I wanna get a [LOVE HUG] from him too!!

I have tried my best translating this & I am sorry if I made any errors.  Btw, I have ommitted some of the irrelevant part and only translated the stuff that is related to the fanmeet.

Whoo... Now is already 3am in the morning. But my heart is still beating very fast.  This fan account will not really be in sequence cos I will recount what I can recall.

Let's talk about the fansign on the 19th.

After I have finished work at 10pm, I quickly rode my bike and rush down to XiMenDing. To meet up with my friends who are already there.  That time, we were at queue number 221.(slam10: company only allow 1st 200 albums to be signed) but still thought we have chance.                                                                    

   
We continue to endure till the next day.

During that time, sometimes the rain was heavy and sometimes it is only drizzling. My friends were joking "jungmin came out walking around aimlessly -> park rain idol"  When the last queue number was issued, we were not within the 200 people, I was very sad.

We wanted to rest but my sister insisted on staying in front to see Park Jung Min.  So we decided to stay with her till 2pm ( my pathetic back gonna break soon)  But the waiting totally worth it.

When Jung Min was out, I took some quite nice shots of him. (for me, I think it is not bad, will share it once I have sort out everything.)

Park Jung Min is really extremely cute. Speak mandarin, speak taiwanese dialect.. Hahaha... From the start, I told my friends "Park Jung Min now in taiwan, will sure take a long time to sign cos he does not really know how to write Chinese character, thus will take longer time to write.     

But to my surprise, Sony did not give him any chance to write that and Jung min took a very short time to finish signing 200 lucky fans' albums.

After signing, Park Friendly again speak to fans before going back.   

Fanmeeting Party At Taipei University Sports Hall

When I reached, it was around 4.50pm.   I saw the extremely long queue and was thinking how come there us already a queue to go into the venue.

    
Then I realize that they are queuing to buy merchandise.  Thus I quickly rush up to take a look.   I finally bought the merchandise.  I bought lightsticks, recycle bag and diary. They are awesome!    

Prior entering the hall, we do a balloting on our tickets.   (Because all nine of us bought tickets together, but we got row 5, row 6 and row 12.  Thus we ballot who to take which row)  I nearly fainted when I got row 12. Hahaha...                                                                          

Initially I was a little down due to the seating, but upon entering the hall, I totally forgotten about it cos row 12 is still very near to the stage.  Is this the beginning of my luck?  

Then the fanmeeting began.                                                                               
   
When the starting of the song "Not Alone" was played, everyone start to get alert.        

Park Jung Min is out and he was shinning all over!                                                                              

Initially I wanna take out my camera to film secretly but due to the shining lights, I gave up.  I concentrate on watching our shinning Park Jung Min. HaHa...                                                                             

Jung Min is extremely cute, kept speaking chinese which sometimes dont mean any sense at all.  When singing "Everyday is Christmas" he start to electrify all of us & there were confetti coming down. 

My heart starts to beat in a weird way.                                                                           

When testing him whether he wants to speak or write Christmas in Chinese, I am just as bad as the others, we all want him to write.  But he is really good! He wrote very smoothly and every ending sentence there is cute little drawings.                                                                            

The atmosphere thus was built up happily, after which we start playing games.    

The 1st game which I was not chosen was drawing.  Jung Min looked at everyone while they were drawing and was all the while very hyper, jumping here and there.   After looking at what the fans' had drawn, he told one of the fans [Go home, go home, this is not me!] Hahahaha,  making us laugh.
 
Then one of the fan courageously drew a horse which was chosen as the 1st (have this feeling that Jung Min not very willing to choose the fans as 1st)                                                                              

Next is a game which is full of participation.

Telephone calling!!                                                                              

Me and my sister took out our phone

The first call, was an empty number.

2nd call, straight away went to voicemail                                                                             

3rd call after the MC say okie, my sister & me start calling just as I just pressed call, my sister told me "Got thru, got thru!!" then she quickly passed the phone to me.  I took over the phone and I heard Jung Min's voice from the phone! I was so excited and nervous that I jumped up waving my hands.  The 2nd caller went out slowly thus making the crew very confused not knowing who is who.  I kept saying that it's me it's me the surrounding audience all helped to call out to the crew.  When Jung Min heard my voice on the phone, he kept asking "Is it you?"  I shouted excitedly that I am the one.

Before going out, I still remember to say bye bye to him thru the phone(cos before the 2 calls, the fans did not say bye bye and just hang up thus Jung Min pouted).  During the conversation, the MC and translator told me not to hang up, told me to keep talking while walking towards the front of the stage.  The whole time I was only repeating "Jung Min Jung Min Jung Min" Hahaha...   Until the crew has confirmed me asking me to go to the side to queue up, only then I said "bye bye" to Jung Min on the phone. When going up the stage, my whole body trembles.  I was totally excited (now as i typed, I start to get excited again!!)

At the stage, they told us to confess our feelings to Mal.  I am the third one to speak to him. I always wanted to talk to him a lot of things that I wanna tell him, never thought of saying I love him or he is handsome this kind. In my heart there is this feeling "Jung Min, do you know how my heart pains for you?"  My love for him is not saying I love you or he is handsome that can describe.  My love for him is I  care and concern everything about him.  There are so many things that I wanna say, but my mind is all blank.

After the 2 fans in front has finished, finally it's my turn.  Taking the mic, I was stunned for around 1 sec then words just suddenly came out.

"Jung Min, I know that the solo activites you are having are very tough but we will always support you.  You have to keep it up do not fall sick, do not get thinner, eat more, chubbier is better."

Through out the conversation, Jung Min was having eye contact with me, seriously listening wanting to understand what I have just said.  I also said word by word, eyes without leaving him, keep staring at him. Hoping to let him know of how I feel and how my heart pains for him.

This time there isn't a tinge of shyness.                                                                          
   
After finished saying, Jung Min need to choose "The sweetest confession"  I was thinking, I was very calm in saying mine, so I dont think he will choose mine.  As expected, he chose the 2nd person.  

Again he need to choose "The Most Touching Confession". I secretly look at Jung Min sideway then I found out that he has silently move to my back and then he put his hands on my shoulder.  I was very touched thinking Jung Min should have felt it.                                                                           

Lastly was "The Cutest Confession".  He chose the 1st person. 

After that was the "prize giving time"                                                                             
 
Jung Min clasped his hands around the hands of the winner of "The sweetest confession" and sang "Everyday is Christmas" together.                                                                       

The second winner "The Most Touching Confession" which is me. Me and Jung Min both wipe our hands at the same time, I was so nervous that my hands perspire. >< We clasped our hand together, I only thought that's all, but suddenly, Jung Min moved closer to me and without knowing, I naturally put my head near to his chest.  Hahaha... Jung Min was a little shocked by my actions, which I myself was shocked too.  Then Jung Min started to bend down a little looking at me eye to eye, within secs, I look down, didnt dare to look at him, thinking that my skin is quite bad recently, totally embarrassed. Hahahahaha....  Then, the MC told us to have eye contact for 5 secs (my face is so red and hot till can fry an egg already) I make myself to look up at Jung Min for 5 secs without turning my head.  Secretly I observed him found out that all his stubbles are out!!! ^^ With regards to his thick make-up, I still think it is still ok. Heee..

And Jung Min's eyes sparkles!! After which they ask, how do I feel, I dont know what to say so I only say that his eyes are beautiful  if I say all his stubbles are out, I guess I will get whacked and chased out. hahahaha...  before leaving the stage, Jung Min gave me a hug, I silently stayed a little while and Jung Min was very nice and continue hugging me.  While leaving the stage, I kept fanning my face
                                                                               
Going back to my seat, I saw the last winner of "The Cutest Confession  was being carried by Jung Min and he circled her around! Oh... why I did not get?                                                                               

Then Jung Min sang "If You Cannot" solo version. No bonus~~ no choice, this is not korea thus no special guest like Hyung Jun.           
                                                                               
Another game, all the fans used their lightsticks as torches to shine below their seats Jung Min finds it very interesting as everyone had their heads down as if looking at their own butt.
 
Lastly, he sang "Do You Know".  Jung Min peformance is great! I love this song.  Irregardless who he wrote this song to whether is for his members, ex-girlfriend or something which he make up yourself, I totally can feel what he have written.
                                                                               
His 'live' performance has really improved leaps and bounds.  Great... Great!!

Encore time
I screamed till my voice is hoarse.  I concentrated watching his last performance "Not Alone" (cos during the opening, I was too busy taking pics thus I did not really concentrate)  Great...totally great!

Oh yah, Jung Min also danced to the song "Bo Beep" it is hilarious!  But it is very very very cute!  Thumbs up!                                                                     
  
I conclude that it is totally wasted if you did not attend this fanmeeting. If you were here, I gurantee you a limbs shrinking, heart paralysing + stomach cramping fanmeet.

After the event has ended, they started to say out the names of the lucky fans who are in the [love hug] list.                                                                              

I never ever thought that I will be in the list thus I was totally stunned and I jumped up to my side to take a look which number am I. Threw my bag to my sister then rush to queue.  After which I suddenly remembered that I need to take my Identification card and rushed to get from my sister. Hahahaha... I was too excited.  One of my friends in my group was also being chosen for the [love hug] too and another fan which we got to know when we went airport to welcome Jung Min was also chosen.

All the lucky fans for the [love hug] were taken to a room on level 2.  Everyone has a seat and it is all in sequence. Leave after hugging.                                                                             

I am the 35th person.  Those in front of me are happily hugging Jung Min and also personally give him gifts. One fan really hug him so tightly till Jung Min's eyes opened widely. Hahahaha...  He will talk to every single fan after hugging.  Korean Chinese everything he will speak.

There is a fan in front of me whom was in the 1st game "Drawing" was also the chosen lots and Jung Min recognised her.

                                                
I think Jung Min will also recognise me. While playing the fan vid, he can already point me out which I am very touched.  When it is my turn, Jung Min open his arms widely, smiling at me as if saying "oh, it's you again!"  As I was hugging him, I said to him softly "so lucky" and he answered "Yup" and I secretly hugged him for 0.5 secs more.   After letting go, I dont know what to say to him, I just told him "Hwaiting" which he continue to keep eye contact with me answering me "You too!" Then I said goodbye to him.  He waved his hands saying goodbye, so happy!
