The items will be judged by a panel of 5 fashion buyers for Moodswing’s Inc. The items will be given a “star-point” for each element that the buyer feels the item meets or exceeds the criteria of: These five areas for a perfect score of 5 stars if all areas are met. Quality, Originality, Value=salable pricing, Niche items, Vegan friendly. In the event of ties, the buying group will vote on the “salability factor” of the item to determine winner.

- The contest will be open until Oct 31, 2010 there must be at least 40 entry products to evaluate or the contest deadline will be extended to Nov 15, 2010 at which time a winner will be chosen out of however many entries there were no matter what the total.
Blog reviews of the items will post in the order they are received.
The winner will be notified and a final blog about the item and winner will be posted. Winners will be required to provide one digital photo of them self for the winning blog.
The winner must be able to deliver to Moodswings Inc. the $500 wholesale worth of purchased goods, delivery freight paid by winner, within 30 days from the date the purchase order is placed. All items must meet or exceed the quality of the same provided and be uniform in nature. Moodswings will pay via PayPal.com. If the winner cannot meet the delivery, the second highest scoring winner will be selected.
